Cyrusher flex unlock

Is it a case of separating the black /white wires to unlock this model the same as other cyrusher bikes .If this cant be unlocked then its a shame .

Any information will be helpfull before i make a decision to purchase .

Still waiting on reply!!, also I see Amazon sells a throttle for the flex so I presume it will plug into the harness near the handlebars.
