Hello! My review will naturally be positive. First 56km ride for the test, and what can I say except it’s great—the power gets you up anything. I didn’t see much difference between PAS mode and the torque sensor, except maybe it’s a bit more responsive when starting off. The customer service and technical support I had to contact are responsive (broken screen mount issue covered under warranty, and I had a problem with the front disc arriving warped—even with the tutorial they sent, it was impossible to straighten, so I had to buy a new one. It’s not the technical team’s fault, but since they told me they were sending the bracket, I didn’t follow up with a request for the disc). I’ve made some modifications for my own comfort: a more comfortable saddle, a stem to sit more upright, and ergonomic grips. So, that’s two Cyrushers at home now, a Zenith and a Kommoda 3. I’m from the Liège region in Belgium, and people really turn their heads to see these models. I hope customer service stays as it is for any future warranty claims and parts availability. We’re happy with our Cyrushers ![]()
