It all started with medical exams for my wife, Nelly.
A neurological disease causing severe pain in her left arm and leg and loss of balance; some days she can only move around with a cane. To prevent the disease from gaining ground, she has to insist on walking and moving to push back the time when the disease takes over—days with highs and lows in extreme suffering!
So an electric bike seemed like a solution. I did a lot of research on the subject and the reviews, and the lady chose her Kommoda 3.0.
We then bought the bike, and the first outing was a surprise, a joy, and pure comfort. And I wanted to customize her Kommoda for her, so I spent a month working on the bike to make it even more comfortable, maneuverable, and a match for her personality…
Practical panniers, turn signals, a much more comfortable stem and handlebars, straighter crank arms, mudguards that provide good protection, a thumb throttle instead of a twist grip, a USB - USB C charger, a comfort saddle, and a circuit breaker.
Today, outings are a real pleasure rather than an obligation because of this disease. We go on picnics and rides, rediscovering places and spots; this freedom on a bike makes you rediscover things and the landscape in a different way…
The Kommoda 3.0 was an excellent choice and remains a great companion for outings.
