Roam torque sensor not responding to pedal input lacks power, working fine in PAS.

Thanks for the message. Could you please give us a bit more detail so we can understand the issue correctly?
When you say the torque sensor is not responding but PAS works fine, do you mean the bike still gives pedal assist, but the power does not change with your pedaling force? Or does the bike only work with throttle?
Please also let us know if there is any error code on the display, which PAS level you are using, and whether this happened suddenly or after any repair, rain, crash, or cable adjustment.
A short video showing the display and the bike while pedaling would be very helpful.
