Your e-bike may not charge properly or the charger display may appear abnormal due to several common issues:

Charger not properly connected: Check if the charger is firmly connected to the battery and power supply.

Battery temperature problem: Abnormal battery temperature may cause charging abnormality, please refer to the user manual for the optimal charging temperature instructions.

Damaged charger: Failure of the charger itself may result in failure to charge or abnormal indicator light, the charger needs to be replaced.

Battery problem: Battery aging, damage or BMS communication failure (such as BMS communication failure need to replace the battery) will lead to charging abnormality.

Blown fuse: The charger may show a green light when the battery is not fully charged due to a blown fuse (5A fuse) in the battery charging port.

Wrong charging port: Some models may have a wrong charging port specification, so use the appropriate charger model.

Loose plug: Some models (e.g. Terra) may not charge due to a loose battery plug, which needs to be fixed by opening the battery compartment.
To troubleshoot, start by checking the charger LED indicators and cables, test with a different charger if possible, inspect battery voltage and physical condition, ensure proper connections, and verify that the charger matches the battery specifications. If problems persist, consulting after-sale support is recommended.
